Job Description:
LPM Miami is seeking an experienced and passionate Server to join our dynamic team. Located in the heart of Brickell, LPM Miami offers a refined dining experience with a focus on exceptional service and high-quality Mediterranean cuisine. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring guests' preferences and dietary restrictions are accommodated.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality are consistent with LPM’s standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, wine pairings, and signature dishes, to provide recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and prompt order fulfillment.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Process payments, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Uphold the high standards of LPM’s brand, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
