At LPM, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences rooted in sophistication, creativity, and passion for hospitality. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beverage Manager to lead our beverage program, elevate our guest experience, and inspire our team. 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the beverage program, including bar operations, staff training, inventory management, and supplier relationships. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of cocktails, wine, spirits, and craft beverages, who can elevate our guest experience while optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a creative and profitable beverage program, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
  • Manage daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
  • Maintain inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships to optimize cost and reduce waste.
  • Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with culinary and management teams to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative beverage concepts.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-volume, upscale environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to create innovative beverage programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, cost controls, and inventory.
  • Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Certification in mixology or sommelier credentials is a plus.
