LPM Restaurant & Bar, an internationally acclaimed French-Mediterranean restaurant, is seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our Miami team. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages with precision and creativity
• Provide excellent guest service at the bar and in the dining area
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and bar stock levels
• Collaborate with FOH staff to ensure seamless service
• Uphold LPM’s high standards for presentation, hospitality, and guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants required
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
